摘要

Abstract

This review systematically synthesizes and analyzes the current state of research on folate in strawberries,integrating multidisciplinary perspectives from nutrition,plant physiology,molecular biology,and modern breeding techniques.Starting from the multifaceted significance of folate for human health,we establish the nutritional standing of strawberries through comparative analysis,explore the intricate biosynthesis pathways and complex regulatory networks of folate within the plant,and ultimately outline technological strategies and future prospects for breeding high-folate"functional strawberries".This work aims to provide a reference for researchers,nutrition experts,and industry practitioners in related fields.
