海藻酸钠水凝胶复合膜的制备、表征及在香蕉保鲜中的应用
Preparation and characterization of sodium alginate hydrogel composite membrane and its application in banana freshness

Abstract
Hydrogel is a kind of polymer with a three-dimensional cross-linked network structure,which has received increasing attention in the field of food freshness due to their high hydrophilicity,ductility and good biocompatibility.In this paper,sodium alginate(SA),acrylamide(AM)and nano TiO2 were used as raw materials to prepare hydrogel composite membrane,which was applied to banana freshness.The results showed that the hydrogel composite membrane could reduce the water loss in bananas and delay the fruit decay.After 7 days of preservation,the weight of bananas only decreased by 2.38%,and there was no decay inside the fruits.Therefore,the hydrogel composite membrane has a promising future in the field of fruit freshness.关键词
