我国气候变化趋势对葡萄种植业的影响
The impact of climate change trends on viticulture in China
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,China has experienced significant climate changes, continuously rising temperatures and shifts in precipitation patterns. To some extent, climate warming has alleviated cold protection pressures in northern grape-growing regions during winter. However,it has also reduced the vines'ability to acclimate to cold conditions, weakening their resistance to extreme low-temperature events and thereby increasing the potential risk of cold damage.Furthermore, climate warming has generally advanced grape phenological stages, making the vines more vulnerable to spring frosts.During the growing season, frequent high temperature weather not only increases the risk of daily burning in facility cultivation, but also accelerates the ripening process of berries, which is not conducive to the accumulation of fruit flavor quality. In some areas, the phenomenon of flower drop during the flowering period is exacerbated. In terms of precipitation, extended and delayed rainy seasons in northern regions, coupled with high temperatures and humidity, have aggravated grape diseases. In southern regions,an increase in extreme rainfall events has significantly raised the incidence of waterlogging damage in vineyards, although periodic droughts continue to occur frequently. To address the complex impacts of climate change,China's grape-producing regions need to adopt targeted adaptation strategies based on their regional climatic characteristics to ensure the sustainable development of the industry.关键词
