草莓果实糖酸代谢及其调控机制研究进展
Research progress on sugar and acid metabolism and its regulatory mechanism in strawberry fruits
摘要
Abstract
The composition and content of soluble sugars and organic acids are key factors determining the flavor quality of strawberry fruit.Their metabolic processes are regulated by complex intrinsic and extrinsic factors.This review summarizes the main types and contents of soluble sugars and organic acids in strawberry fruit,outlines the primary biochemical pathways and key enzymes involved in sugar and acid metabolism,and focuses on the regulatory mechanisms affecting this metabolism,including gene expression regulation,transcription factors,plant hormones,and environmental conditions.Furthermore,we provide prospects for future research in strawberry sugar and acid metabolism.Including applying molecular marker-assisted breeding and genome editing method to breed high-quality strawberry cultivars with high sugar content and low acidity,and improving the sugar-acid ratio of fruit through environmental control and cultivation management.This review provides insights for breeding high-quality strawberry cultivars and clarifying the mechanisms underlying quality formation.关键词
