我国海洋生物监测评价的发展与展望
Development and Prospect of Marine Biological Monitoring and Evaluation of China
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]In order to systematically review the development period of the marine biological monitoring and survey of our country,and point out the problems and shortcomings,providing scientific opinions and suggestions for the sustainable development of the marine biological monitoring.[Method]By method of literature review,the achievements of marine biological monitoring and survey since the 1950s,and their application in marine ecological environment protection and management were comprehensively analyzed,conflict between developmental level of marine biological monitoring and management requirement in China was explored,current problems and challenge of marine biological monitoring were evaluated emphatically.[Result]For decades,monitoring range and indices in China expanded constantly,monitoring sites increased continuously,monitoring techniques improved gradually.The history data indicated that the species richness raised as latitude decreases,and the abundance and biomass were higher in northern waters than those in southern waters.In response to environmental pollution and climate change,compositions and the quantities of marine organisms changed dramatically.On account of the present aims and demands of marine organism protection and management.However,there are still some deficiencies in marine biological monitoring that need to be improved,including deficiencies of representativeness,integrality and continuity,faintish indication of the evaluation result,low standardization of the new techniques,and so on.[Conclusion]In order to strong support marine biodiversity conservation,future directions of the promotion of marine biological monitoring in China were forcasted from 5 aspects:improving the background investigation mechanism,building and improving the marine biological monitoring network,reinforcing the standardization construction,enhancing the specialized level,and strengthening cooperation among relevant departments.关键词
