基于POI数据的齐齐哈尔市建成区生活服务业空间分布特征研究
Research on spatial distribution characteristics of life service industry in the built-up area of Qiqihar based on POI data

Abstract
The life service industry is an important carrier for meeting people's needs for a better life.With the increasingly prominent trend of consumption upgrading,residents'consumption is shifting from goods consumption to service consumption,making the life service industry the most vigorous area of demand for urban and rural residents in the new development stage.Properly planning the layout of the life service industry helps optimize the economic structure,improve resource utilization efficiency,and enhance the quality of the living environment.This study,based on six types of life service points of interest(POI)data within the built-up area of Qiqihar,uses ArcGIS spatial analysis methods to analyze their spatial distribution patterns.The results show that the spatial layout of life services such as accommodation,healthcare,sports and leisure,science and education culture,shopping services,and catering services exhibits clustered but discontinuous peaks at the junction of Longsha District,Jianhua District,and Tiefeng District,showing spatial characteristics of'multi-core aggregation with hierarchical diffusion'.The distribution of business types is significantly different:basic life services such as convenience stores and vegetable markets are relatively evenly distributed and highly matched with residential areas,reflecting the characteristics of'small concentration,large dispersion'.The spatial distribution is jointly influenced by historical foundations,transportation networks,population density,and policy planning.The layout of public service facilities lags behind the expansion of residential areas,and service gaps still exist at the urban-rural interface.关键词
