基于CiteSpace的模块化建筑的文献计量与可视化分析
Bibliometric and visualization analysis of modular construction based on CiteSpace

Abstract
Against the backdrop of the global industrial transformation of the construction industry,Modular Integrated Construction(MiC)has become a research hotspot due to its advantages of efficient construction and low carbon emissions.This article uses CiteSpace 6.2.R4 to conduct a bibliometric analysis of 261 related documents indexed by China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)from 2008 to 2025.By employing methods such as keyword co-occurrence analysis,keyword burst analysis,author collaboration networks,and institutional distribution mapping,the study reveals the current research status,hotspots,and frontier trends in this field.The results show that global MiC research has undergone three evolutionary stages:the technical emergence period(2008-2014),the policy-driven period(2015-2018),and the technological boom period(2019-2025),with the annual growth rate continuously increasing.Research on MiC modular buildings mainly focuses on four major themes:numerical simulation,connection nodes,system construction,and construction industrialization.In recent years,the research focus has gradually shifted toward applied aspects such as green buildings,packaging materials,economic benefits,and environmental benefits.The visualization analysis provides references for subsequent studies,points out the current shortcomings in interdisciplinary integration and practical verification,and offers suggestions for future research directions.关键词
