摘要
Abstract
Traditional green construction management methods for civilian buildings face issues such as lagging energy consumption monitoring, prominent information silos, and rough control of green indicators, making it difficult to meet the requirements of refined management. The advent of the digital intelligence era provides new opportunities for dynamic perception, intelligent analysis, and collaborative optimization in the construction process.Based on building information modeling(BIM),the Internet of Things, and big data analysis technologies, this paper constructs a green construction management system that integrates intelligent detection, information integration, and data-driven decision-making,and applies it to a civilian building project. The results show that this system is highly effective in material management, energy consumption control, and carbon emission monitoring. The research findings provide a reference for the digital and low-carbon transformation of civilian building construction.关键词
