Abstract
The article focuses on medium-capacity straddle-type monorail fully prefabricated elevated stations,demonstrating the feasibility of their cost control.Typical stations are selected,and based on the original semi-prefabricated scheme,a lightweight fully prefabricated design is proposed.Through Revit modeling and construction drawing budgeting,cost differences are compared,and the composition and key factors of costs are analyzed.The results show that the unit cost of fully prefabricated stations can save about 4%compared with semi-prefabricated ones.By combining comprehensive cost optimization through standardization,scaling,and digital intelligence,the total cost can be further reduced by 15%~20%.关键词
