摘要

Abstract

The weight-loss patterns,volatile product evolution,and product distribution for the pyrolysis of waste natural fiber(cotton)and synthetic fiber(polyester)blended textiles were systematically investigated through raw material characterization,thermogravimetry-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(TG-FTIR)experiments and fixed-bed fast pyrolysis experiments.The results show that compared to pure cotton and pure polyester textiles,the physicochemical properties and pyrolysis reaction characteristics of polyester cotton blended textiles exhibite nonlinear superposition characteristics,indicating that the blending process has a significant impact on the properties of raw materials and pyrolysis reactions.The shoulder peak and main peak of thermal weight loss of blended fabrics correspond to the pyrolysis characteristics of cotton and polyester,respectively.The melting thickening effect of polyester results in a deviation of only 3.55℃of the main weight loss peak of blended fabrics with different proportions.The main fast pyrolysis products of polyester-cotton blends is benzoic acid,which is a characteristic products of polyester pyrolysis.In the pyrolysis of polyester cotton blends,the relative peak area of thermal weight loss of benzoic acid was the largest.
