中药熏蒸联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗血热型银屑病临床观察
Chinese Herbal Fumigation Combined with Narrow-band Ultraviolet Radiation Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Blood Heat Psoriasis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of narrow-band ultraviolet B combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of blood heat syndrome in psoriasis vulgaris,based on the combination of conventional oral Chinese medicine and external moisturizing preparations.Methods 116 patients with blood heat syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris admitted to the Dermatology Clinic of Foshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were randomly divided into three groups.There were 38 cases in the narrowband ultraviolet B(NB-UVB)treatment group(Group A),40 cases in the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment group(Group B),and 38 cases in the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with NB-UVB treatment group(Group C).All cases were treated with the combination of oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine Qingre Liangxue Formula and external application of our hospital's cod liver oil ointment for moisturizing.Compare the total effective rate of three treatment groups,as well as the psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)score,dermatology life quality index(DLQI)score,and squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCA)level before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of group C was higher than that of group A and group B.The PASI score,DLQI score,and serum SCCA level were all lower than those of group A and group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical practice,the use of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with narrow-band ultraviolet radiation has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with blood heat syndrome in psoriasis vulgaris.关键词
