技能型社会视域下高职专业群技能供给探析
Analysis of Skills Supply in Higher Vocational Specialty Clusters from the Perspective of Skills-oriented Society

Abstract
From the perspective of skills-oriented society,higher vocational specialty clusters,as complex adaptive system,generate skill supply as a result of continuous adaptation to skills demands.By employing the theory of complex adaptive systems,this study constructs an"agent-behavior-feedback"analytical framework for skills supply in higher vocational specialty clusters.It identifies several dilemmas:the adaptability of relevant agents involved in skills supply is insufficient,the accuracy of skills supply behaviors by these agents is lacking,and the comprehensiveness of feedback mechanisms for skills supply is inadequate.Based on these findings,skills supply of higher vocational specialty clusters should focus on enhancing the adaptability of agents involved in skills supply;strengthen the effectiveness of skills supply behaviors by these agents;and improve the systematicness of feedback mechanisms for skills supply.关键词
