复合型外语人才赋能"职教出海"的作用机制与优化路径
Mechanism and Optimization Paths of Empowering"Vocational Education Going Global"with Compound Foreign Language Talents

Abstract
Against the backdrop of the"Belt and Road"Initiative,the principle of"education following industrial output and industry-education collaboration"drives the high-quality development of"vocational education going global".Compound foreign language talents play a pivotal enabling role in cross-cultural industry-education collaboration,resources localization,and the integration of vocational education standards.Based on embeddedness theory,this study systematically analyzes the mechanism by which compound foreign language talents empower"vocational education going global",manifesting in structural embedding within network relationships,job chains,and task collaboration;cognitive embedding in knowledge translation,localized understanding,and conceptual interpretation;institutional embedding in certification mutual recognition,curriculum co-construction,and standard exportation;and cultural embedding in reducing misunderstandings,mitigating conflicts,and fostering trust.Currently,such talents face multiple obstacles,including supply bottlenecks for specific language talents,cognitive disconnection,institutional misalignment,and cross-cultural adaptation barriers.Based on this,the cultivation of compound foreign language talents should reshape demand profiles,upgrade training objectives,transform curriculum structures,and innovate evaluation dimensions.关键词
