Abstract

As China's social pharmacies undergo a transformation from traditional pharmaceutical retail outlets into comprehensive health service platforms that integrate drug supply,medication guidance,chronic disease management,and health services,they place increasingly higher demands on the professional competencies,information technology literacy,and comprehensive service capabilities of their staff.Currently,the cultivation of skilled talents for social pharmacies encounters several practical challenges,including a sustained increase in talent demand,a structural mismatch between talent cultivation and job requirements,ineffective operation of multi-stakeholder collaborative education mechanisms,and an urgent need for innovative teaching models.From the perspective of cross-boundary collaboration,the theoretical logic of talent cultivation is manifested as a systematic framework oriented towards job competencies,supported by situational teaching,and empowered by digital technologies.Moving forward,to enhance the governance of talent cultivation in social pharmacies,it is crucial to establish a cross-boundary collaborative platform that integrates industry and education,implement a"three-stage,four-classroom"teaching model,construct a practical teaching system driven by real-world scenarios,promote the integration of digital and intelligent technologies to empower teaching management,and institute a comprehensive quality monitoring and continuous improvement mechanism.
