社会学新制度主义视域下高职教师评价改革的困境与突破
Dilemmas and Breakthroughs in the Reform of Higher Vocational College Teacher Evaluation from the Perspective of Sociological Neo-institutionalism

Abstract
The reform of higher vocational college teacher evaluation is a pivotal aspect of advancing the modernization of governance systems in higher vocational colleges and a significant avenue for promoting the professional development of higher vocational college teachers.However,this reform is constrained by the institutional environment and faces obstacles from multiple elements,including regulatory,normative,and cultural-cognitive factors.From the perspective of sociological neo-institutionalism,the reform of higher vocational college teacher evaluation is trapped in multiple institutionalized dilemmas,such as the difficulty in establishing new regulatory structures after breaking down old ones,the intricate web of interests within normative networks,and cultural-cognitive biases.To address these challenges,it is essential to improve legal norms and feedback mechanisms for teacher evaluation at the regulatory policy level,accurately grasp the logic of evaluation systems and construct a differentiated evaluation framework at the normative policy level,and foster broad social consensus on higher vocational college teacher evaluation at the cultural-cognitive level,thereby systematically advancing the reform of higher vocational college teacher evaluation.关键词
