我国职业教育贯通培养的系统审视与路向展望
Systematic Review and Future Directions of Through-training Vocational Education in China
摘要
Abstract
China's vocational education has undergone"three stages and six periods"in its through-training system,initially forming a vertically through and phasically progressive system for cultivating high-skilled talents covering the entire chain from secondary to higher vocational and undergraduate education.The"secondary-higher vocational"through-training has entered a stage of comprehensive development.The"secondary-undergraduate"through-training shows characteristics of small-scale and limited scope.The"higher vocational-undergraduate"through-training model still needs to be tested.Successful experiences have been explored in aspects such as pioneering trials,strong alliances,professional settings,integrated curriculum reforms,and supervision mechanisms.However,there are still bottleneck issues such as unclear positioning of school-running,loose inter-school collaboration,poor curriculum articulation,challenges in transitioning to higher educational levels,and institutional and mechanistic barriers.To this end,it is essential to optimize the type positioning and expedite the clarification of the roles of different educational stages within vocational education;adhere to the principle of"industry-driven education"to continuously refine specialized programs for through-training;strengthen the primary responsibility of schools to promote collaborative education between upstream and downstream institutions;deepen the reform of linkage among key teaching elements to enhance the quality of through-training;and strengthen supervision and management to ensure the orderly development of through-training.关键词
