教育公平理论视域下职业教育文化素质省级统考制度构建
Construction of Provincial Unified Examination System for Cultural Quality in Vocational Education from the Perspective of Educational Equity Theory

Abstract
Against the backdrop of building a powerful education country,establishing a provincial unified examination system for cultural literacy in vocational education is a key measure to promote the high-quality development of vocational education and advance educational equity.This system can ensure the fairness of the starting point,process,and outcome of vocational college entrance examinations by guaranteeing equal application opportunities for students,standardizing the examination process,and conducting scientific evaluations.However,the current construction of this system faces numerous challenges,including dual challenges of social perception and policy implementation,uneven resources distribution and insufficient technical support,as well as an incomplete evaluation system and inadequate connection mechanisms.Therefore,to advance the construction of a provincial unified examination system for cultural quality in vocational education,it is essential to strengthen ideological promotion and policy coordination to ensure fairness at the starting point;optimize resources allocation and technical support to promote fairness in the process;and improve the evaluation system and educational connection mechanisms to achieve fairness in outcomes.关键词
