教育评价改革背景下职教高考改革的探索与实践
Exploration and Practice of the Reform of Vocational Education College Entrance Examination under the Background of Educational Evaluation Reform

Abstract
Under the background of educational evaluation reform,the vocational education college entrance examination,as a core institutional design reflecting the defining features of vocational education,holds strategic significance for constructing a modern vocational education system.Taking the reform of the independent entrance examination for higher vocational colleges in Shanghai as a case,this research reviews its three-phase historical progression from 2005 to the present:groundbreaking exploration,innovative development,and mature deepening.It distills key experiences,including the construction of a three-dimensional"demand-ability-individuality"admission framework,the establishment of a closed-loop examination design based on"standards-quality-collaboration"and the development of an intelligent ecosystem for"management-resources-services".The study identifies current challenges in the reform,such as high operational costs,imbalanced resources allocation,and the lack of a multi-stakeholder collaboration mechanism.Guided by systems thinking and the orientation of vocational education as a distinct type,future reforms should focus on the precise alignment of examination content,methods,and admission criteria,optimize resource allocation across the entire"enrollment-training-employment"chain,and establish a collaborative governance framework involving the government,institutions,enterprises,families,and other stakeholders.This will provide institutional safeguards for selecting technical and skilled talents,thereby facilitating the high-quality development of vocational education and contributing to the goal of building a powerful education country.关键词
