Practical Dilemmas and Reconstruction Paths in the Formulation of Student Evaluation Standards for Skill-oriented Colleges and Universities

Abstract
Establishing a classified management and evaluation mechanism based on the type positioning of universities is of paramount importance in implementing the classified development strategy of colleges and universities.Student evaluation is a fundamental link in educational evaluation.The quality and effectiveness of the student evaluation standard system in skill-oriented universities directly determine the quality of highly skilled talent cultivation.Artificial intelligence technology has reconstructed the skill demand structure in the labor market,and building an integrated evaluation framework for the collaboration of"people,skills,positions and groups"and relying on digital intelligence technology to precisely depict"digital portraits"have become the two core demands for the reform of the evaluation standards for students in skill-oriented colleges and universities.At present,student evaluation standards in skill-oriented universities are disconnected from industrial demands and deviate from the laws of cultivating highly skilled talents.They show a trend of one-sidedness in content,performance and situation,as well as a tendency towards commonality,staticity and singleness.In this regard,skill-oriented colleges and universities should reconstruct the student evaluation standard system based on systems thinking,adhere to the principle of"cultivating both morality and skills",and build broad evaluation dimensions covering professional literacy,professional skills and digital intelligence capabilities.They can rely on technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data,accurately capture the procedural details of students'growth;base on the growth laws of highly skilled talents,design hierarchical evaluation standards that aligns with career development paths.Overall,it forges an"ecosystem"of evaluation reform that deeply couples the demands of industrial clusters,educational laws,and individual development.It is expected that student evaluation will serve as a"fulcrum"to boost the deepening of the classified development strategy of colleges and universities and the ultimate realization of the goal of building a powerful education country.关键词
