Abstract
Employment is the most significant livelihood issue.The integration of the"four chains"serves as a key engine and vital pathway for resolving structural employment contradictions among higher vocational college students and empowering high-quality and full employment.It plays a crucial role in advancing deep industry-education integration,bridging the gap between talent supply and demand,and providing diverse development pathways.However,challenges persist in empowering high-quality and full employment for higher vocational students.These include lagging educational chain responsiveness to industrial chains causing mismatches between talent cultivation and industrial demands;weak integration between talent chains and industrial chains leading to structural misalignment between talent and industries;insufficient innovation chain empowerment of industrial chains limiting talent supply quality and career development;and inadequate employment synergy due to imperfect integration mechanisms among the four chains.To achieve high-quality and full employment for higher vocational college students,it is essential to establish an industry-chain-oriented mechanism that integrates specialized education with industrial development to promote employment;to improve talent cultivation systems based on the education chain to align with regional industrial development;to precisely match market demands with the talent chain to enhance employability;and to leverage the innovation chain as a driving force to improve students'employability in emerging industries.关键词
