我国职业教育产教融合中的企业感知与优化策略
Enterprises Perceptions and Optimization Strategies of Vocational Education Industry-education Integration in China

Abstract
Enterprises serve as a crucial participant in the industry-education integration of vocational education and play a pivotal role in the high-quality development of vocational education.Based on the survey data from 3811 enterprises across China in 2024 concerning industry-education integration,this study provides a comprehensive analysis of enterprises'experiences and demands in vocational education participation.The survey indicates that enterprises demonstrate a relatively strong willingness to participate in industry-education integration,yet there remains a need for diversified exploration of cooperation contents and models.Most enterprises have achieved significant gains through industry-education integration,nearly half of them hope the government will further strengthen financial support and policy guarantees,and enterprises place high importance on vocational school students'practical skills and learning abilities.It is recommended to actively expand the breadth and depth of industry-education integration,improve the institutional support system for industry-education integration,and focus on strengthening the cultivation of students'practical skills and learning abilities.关键词
