昆虫谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶的抗药性机制及其在害虫防治中的应用研究进展
Research Progress on Drug Resistance Mechanism of Insect Glutathione S-transferase and Its Applications in Pest Management
摘要
Abstract
This article presents a comprehensive review of the polymorphism,structural characteristics,enzymatic reaction mechanism,and regulatory roles of insect glutathione S-transferases(GSTs)in the physiological and biochemical activities of insects.The paper provides a de-tailed account of the involvement of insect GSTs in mechanisms related to pest resistance to pesticides and explores their potential as targets for pesticide action.Furthermore,it discusses the prospects for utilizing GSTs in pest management strategies including the development of GST in-hibitors,application of gene editing technology,formulation of integrated pest management strategies,and development of eco-friendly control methods.Finally,the paper proposes future research directions aimed at providing scientific evidence and technical support for innovative pest control strategies.关键词
