摘要

Abstract

To optimize the liquid mushroom culture conditions,improve the production efficiency and quality of Phallus dongsun liquid spawn,and provide data and technical support for the industrial production of Phallus dongsun liquid strains.The effects of glucose,sucrose,maltose,corn flour and soluble starch as carbon sources,peptone,yeast powder,beef extract,ammonium sulfate,soybean powder and wheat bran as nitrogen sources,and KH2 PO4,MgSO4·7H2O inorganic salts on the growth of mycelia of Phallus dongsun were compared by single fac-tor test.The best medium components were screened by orthogonal test;the effects of cultivation time,rotation speed,and inoculation volume on the biomass of liquid strains of Phallus dongsun were studied,and the optimal cultivation conditions were obtained.The results showed that the optimal culture medium components for Phallus dongsun strains were glucose 2.00%,yeast powder 1.00%,MgSO4 0.15%,KH2PO40.10%;the optimal cultivation conditions were an inoculation volume of 5%,a rotation speed of 160 r/min,a cultivation time of 30 days,and a mycelial bio-mass of(10.9±0.2)g/L.This experiment optimized and screened the liquid culture medium formula and cultivation conditions of Phallus dong-sun DF01 strain,providing theoretical and technical basis for the production of Phallus dongsun liquid spawn for enterprises,which can shorten the cultivation time of Phallus dongsun and improve strain production efficiency.
