海口市土地利用及其驱动因素分析
Analysis of Land Use and Its Driving Factors in Haikou City

Abstract
Based on the land use data from 2010 to 2015 and from 2015 to 2020,with the help of ArcGIS software to analyze the characteris-tics of land use changes in Haikou City,indicators such as GDP,permanent resident population,the number of overnight tourists,and the output value of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery were selected.The CORRECT function was used to analyze the correlation between it and land use change,explore the driving factors of land use change,and based on this,the development strategy of sustainable land use was proposed.The results show that the areas of impermeable surfaces,farmland have shown a continuous and significant upward trend;the areas of forests,grasslands and water bodies are showing a decreasing trend.Urban development has squeezed ecological land,leading to a reduction in biodiversity,a decrease in climate regulation capacity,and a weakening of flood control and drainage functions,posing a poten-tial threat to the sustainable development of cities.Although the area of farmland has fluctuated to some extent,it has shown an increasing trend in the later period due to the combined influence of various factors such as the adjustment of agricultural policies and the development of agricultural production.The change in the area of bare land is weak and it holds a relatively secondary position in the land use change.Social factors,especially economic and demographic factors,are the dominant driving forces of land use.Based on this,optimization suggestions are put forward:strengthen ecosystem protection and enhance ecological restoration;improve land use efficiency and optimize the layout of urban and rural construction land;build industrial clusters and promote industrial transformation and upgrading;strengthen the protection of cultivat-ed land and improve its quality;strengthen information construction and improve the monitoring and management mechanism.关键词
