菊花CmbZIP53基因克隆与表达分析
Cloning and Expression Analysis of the CmbZIP53 Gene in Chrysanthemum morifolium

Abstract
Taking the Chrysanthemum morifolium cultivar'Jinba'as experimental material,the CmbZIP53 gene and its promoter sequence were cloned based on the transcriptomic data of C.morifolium under waterlogging stress.Bioinformatic analysis and waterlogging expression analysis were conducted to explore the potential role of CmbZIP53 in the response to waterlogging stress,in order to provide reference for further research on the function of bZIP transcription factors and to identify key genes related to waterlogging tolerance in C.morifolium.The results showed that the length of open reading frame(ORF)of CmbZIP53 was 417 bp,encoding 138 amino acids.Protein structure prediction revealed that CmbZIP53 contained a typical BRLZ domain of bZIP proteins,indicating its belonging to the bZIP protein family,with the closest relationship to the CibZIP29 protein of Chrysanthemum indicum.Waterlogging stress significantly induced the expression of CmbZIP53,and its induction level progressively increased with prolonged waterlogging duration.The promoter sequence was found to contain multiple cis-acting elements,including anaerobic induction-responsive elements and hormone signaling-responsive elements,suggesting that CmbZIP53 may be involved in the waterlogging response process in C.morifolium.关键词
