Experience of TCM master CHAI Songyan in treating infertility based on the theory of"three theories of gynecology"
摘要
Abstract
Based on decades of clinical practice,Professor CHAI Songyan,a national master of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),has developed the"three theories of gynecology",namely the"seed theory",the"land theory",and the"reservoir theory".This framework employs vivid analogies,regarding the ovum as a seed,the uterus as the land,and the storage and overflow of the female"blood sea"as a reservoir.Guided by this theory in the treatment of infertility,emphasis is placed on improving oocyte quality,optimizing endometrial receptivity,and regulating and nourishing yin-blood.This approach has achieved significant clinical efficacy and provides scientific guidance for clinical reasoning and medication use.关键词
