Abstract

In high-end equipment such as ultra-supercritical turbine units and aeroengines,some key parts are exposed to extreme high-temperature environments for long periods,which significantly increases the risk of damage and failure,necessitating prompt inspection.Although mainstream acoustic inspection methods,such as acoustic emission and ultrasound,are effective means for identifying material damage,their core functionality is predicated on the precise acquisition of vibration signals from the material surface.However,the reliable meas-urement of vibration signals in extreme high-temperature environments is exceedingly difficult.Therefore,the employment of advanced vibration measurement techniques to ensure the safe and stable operation of these crit-ical components holds significant application value and practical relevance.The vibration measurement princi-ples of several techniques are reviewed,including piezoelectric accelerometry,laser Doppler vibrometry,laser interferometry,laser speckle photography,laser triangulation,and laser feedback interferometry.Factors influen-cing the measurement accuracy of these methods are summarized.The specific effects of a high-temperature surface on the laser feedback interferometry method,along with corresponding mitigation strategies,are dis-cussed.The measurement accuracies of the aforementioned methods are compared,and future prospects for the development of laser feedback technology for applications involving high-temperature surfaces are outlined.
