摘要

Abstract

Aeroengine is the core component of aircraft.Once it breaks down,it will pose a serious threat to flight safety.In order to maintain the basic operation ability and system stability of micro turbojet engine under fault conditions,fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control technology are studied.Taking the micro turbojet en-gine as the research object,the engine component level and linearization model are constructed,and the fault diagnosis method based on residual is designed.The signal reconstruction of the fault sensor is realized by u-sing Kalman filter bank,and the fault tolerant control of the engine is realized by combining with feedforward PI.The model is deployed in the real-time simulator,a set of rapid prototype controller is developed,and a hardware-in-the-loop(HIL)simulation test system including the real-time simulator,controller,interface adapt-er,fault injector and upper computer is built.The results show that the controller can accurately identify the fault and maintain the stable operation of the engine,which verifies the engineering feasibility of the fault-toler-ant control algorithm.
