The Conservation and Revitalization Strategies for the Typical Liyuan Buildings Guided by Value Cognition and Realistic Demands

Abstract
The building on No.165 Zhongshan Road in Qingdao is a typical representative of the modern Liyuan building integrating commercial and residential functions,which is of typological significance.This paper exploring the value elements of the building No.165 Zhongshan Road by analysis the plan layout,facade style,structural system and the surrounding environment of the building itself,and proposes the protection and revitalization strategies for adaptive reuse in combination with the realistic demand,so as to inject new vitality into it and to better realize the sustainable revitalization and utilization of the Liyuan building.At the same time,it also provides references for the protection and revitalization strategies of other similar Liyuan buildings.关键词
