活态遗产视角下的工业型历史文化街区保护活化研究
Research on the Preservation and Revitalization of Industrial Historical and Cultural Blocks from the Perspective of the Living Heritage:A Case of Hengyang Jianxiang Diesel Engine Factory

Abstract
Under the humanistic orientation of new urbanization,the preservation of industrial historical and cultural blocks must transcend the physical conservation to prioritize the social memory and community vitality they carrier.Taking Hengyang Jianxiang Diesel Engine Factory as a case for study,this paper analyzes the discontinuity challenges it faces in functional continuity,cultural transmission,and community maintenance based on the concept of living heritage,and proposes an integrated conservation strategy.The paper aims to provide a systematic path for the sustainable renewal of similar blocks in China,promoting their transformation from"static specimens"to"vibrant places"and achieving synergy between heritage preservation and community development.关键词
