科技金融赋能中国工业技术创新效率提升的机制与效应研究
Research on the Mechanism and Effects of Science and Technology Finance Empowering the Enhancement of Industrial Technological Innovation Efficiency in China

Abstract
Under the policy background of accelerating the implementation of the in-novation-driven development strategy,science and technology finance is becoming the core engine to build the virtuous cycle of science and technology,industry and finance,and promote the deep integration of the innovation chain,industrial chain and capital chain.Based on the panel data of 48 cities in three major urban agglom-erations from 2010 to 2022,this paper deeply explores the impact of science and technology finance on the improvement of industrial technological innovation effi-ciency in China and its mechanism.The research shows that the development of sci-ence and technology finance can significantly promote the improvement of industri-al technological innovation efficiency in China,and it promotes the improvement of industrial technological innovation efficiency in China by improving the level of hu-man capital and the efficiency of innovation assets.Facing industrial enterprises of different scales,science and technology finance shows a significant nonlinear dimin-ishing marginal return effect on the improvement of industrial technological inno-vation efficiency in China;for different levels of government support,the impact of science and technology finance on the improvement of industrial technological inno-vation efficiency in China shows a trend of first strengthening and then weakening.In addition,the promoting effect of science and technology finance on industrial technological innovation efficiency is significantly stronger in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Yangtze River Delta regions than in the Pearl River Delta region.There-fore,the leading role of science and technology finance innovation policies should be played,talent construction and resource input should be continuously strengthened,the dual mechanism of enterprise scale threshold management and dynamic calibra-tion of government support should be accelerated to be improved,and regional sci-ence and technology finance plans should be formulated in accordance with local conditions to promote the leap of China's industrial technological innovation capac-ity.关键词
