中国式现代化视域下全要素生产率的现实挑战与提升路径
The Realistic Challenges and Improvement Path of Total Factor Productivity under the Perspective of Chinese Modernization

Abstract
General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out that new-quality produc-tivity is marked by a significant increase in total factor productivity(TFP),while emphasizing that high-quality development is the essential requirement of Chinese-style modernization.This paper,based on the framework of Chinese-style moderni-zation theory,systematically analyzes the core role of TFP in economic growth and identifies four major outstanding issues in China's current TFP:first,the overall level is relatively low,with insufficient contribution to economic growth;second,there are significant regional and ownership differences,with the TFP growth rate in eastern regions higher than that in western regions,and private enterprises being more efficient than state-owned enterprises;third,resource allocation is distorted,with financial capital misallocation and the accumulation of low-quality labor hinde-ring efficiency improvement;fourth,technology transfer is insufficient,with the"Jones critique"phenomenon becoming prominent,and R&D investment being out of sync with TFP growth.With the core idea of"promoting the positive and restrai-ning the negative,"the paper proposes five targeted improvement paths:leveraging the advantages of a super-large-scale market to unleash scale effects,deepening market-oriented reforms to balance fairness and efficiency,strengthening human capital investment to optimize labor structure,promoting industrial ecologization and ecological industrialization to develop green TFP,and expanding high-level o-pening-up to optimize the dual-circulation pattern.This provides theoretical refer-ences for enhancing TFP in the process of Chinese-style modernization,emphasi-zing the promotion of high-quality development through the synergistic effects of institutional,efficiency,and technological reforms.关键词
