Abstract
This study explores the application potential of additive manufacturing(AM)in nuclear power plant pressurizer spray heads.To address the limitations of traditional manufacturing in forming complex structures,a novel integrated manu-facturing scheme is developed by combining structural optimization design with advanced AM processes.Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)is used to optimize the internal flow channel of the spray head,and samples are fabricated via Selec-tive Laser Melting(SLM).The optimal combination of laser power,scanning speed,and layer thickness is determined through process parameter optimization.Performance tests show that the AM-manufactured spray head meets design require-ments in terms of spray angle control and flow distribution uniformity,with excellent material mechanical properties and mi-crostructural characteristics.Compared with traditional machining,AM offers significant advantages in manufacturing effi-ciency and material utilization,while eliminating the foreign object risk from fasteners in traditional split structures.This re-search validates the feasibility of AM for manufacturing key nuclear power components,provides a new path for the intelli-gent manufacturing of related products,and offers a reference for the application of AM in other nuclear power equipment.关键词
