基于"1234"工作法推进"双带头人"教师党支部书记工作室建设的探索与实践

Abstract
Teachers'Party branch is an important part of the grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities,and it is the foundation of all the work and fighting force of the Party in colleges and universities.In the context of"double-high"vocational education,the construction of"double leader"Party branch is an important measure to implement the fundamental task of establishing moral education and realizing the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges and universities.Based on the practice of"1234"working method of"double leader"cultivation project in private higher vocational colleges and universities,this paper explores the development path of double integration and promotion of Party building and business in colleges and universities,which is an important theoretical guidance and practical significance for the high-quality development of vocational education.关键词
