心理契约驱动旅游地居民价值共创的作用机制与路径研究
Mechanism and path of psychological contract driving value co-creation for residents living in tourism destinations
摘要
Abstract
To investigate how the psychological contract of residents in tourist destinations influences their value co-creation behaviors, this study employs an empirical analysis using questionnaire data from 958 residents living in internet-famous tourist destinations. The findings reveal that:1)Both transactional psychological contracts and relational psychological contracts significantly and positively promote residents' value co-creation behaviors.2)Pro-tourism behavioral intentions play a significant mediating role in the relationship between psychological contracts and value co-creation behaviors.3)Social distance significantly and negatively moderates the relationship between psychological contracts and value co-creation behaviors.4)Pro-tourism behavioral intentions mediate the moderating effect of social distance between psychological contracts and value co-creation behaviors.5)fsQCA identifies two antecedent configurations triggering residents' value co-creation behaviors:"value-identification-driven type"and"composite-contract-embedded type".The study uncovers the intrinsic mechanisms through which psychological contracts drive residents' value co-creation and highlights the contextual role of social distance, thereby extending the application scope of social exchange theory in tourism contexts. It provides a theoretical foundation and practical reference for effectively guiding and regulating community residents' participation in value co-creation and promoting sustainable tourism development.关键词
