摘要

Abstract

Using 60 wheat varieties(lines)of the Zhumai series as test materials,field identification of resistance to fusarium head blight(FHB)spread was conducted via the single-floret injection method.Furthermore,two KASP molecular markers(WH_K_1000006,WH_K_1000007)were utilized to detect the Fhb1 gene,aiming to elucidate the distribution of the major FHB resistance gene Fhb1 and the level of field resistance performance among the Zhumai wheat varieties(lines).The results of field phenotypic identification showed that three accessions with JB-3,JC-2 and JC-3,exhibited moderate resistance(MR),16 accessions showed moderate susceptibility(MS),and 41 accessions showed high susceptibility(HS),accounting for 5.00%,26.67%,and 68.33%of the total,respectively.The results of gene detection indicated that none of the 60 accessions carried the major resistance gene Fhb1 for FHB.
