摘要
Abstract
Drawing upon a collation of relevant texts,this study conducts a textual analysis of the dietary regimen for health preservation in Huangdi Neijing(The Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon).It investigates its nutritional guidelines,underlying dietary theory,and its conceptualization of diet and health,seeking to augment and refine the extant research corpus.The book establishes a dietary regimen for health preservation that takes"principles of temperance in food and drink"as its foundation,centers on the theories of the five flavors,and the three adaptations(to time,place,and individual),and aims at achieving holistic health through bodily and mental harmony,characterized by the principles of nature-human correspondence and central-harmony regulation,it has exerted a profound and enduring influence on subsequent theories and practices of dietary health preservation.关键词
