Professor Teng Jing's Experience in Differentiating Delusional Disorder Based on TCM Five-spirit Theory

Abstract
Based on TCM five-spirit theory,incorporating psychological and other methods,professor Teng Jing reconstructs five-spirit theory of TCM from a modern perspective,and analyzes the pathogenesis of delusional disorder from Shen(mind),Hun(ethereal soul),Po(corporeal soul),Yi(thought)and Zhi(will),the main pathogenesis of the disease mainly contain hyperactivity of Shen(Mind),mental confusion,Shen(Mind)hyperactivity disturbing the Hun(Ethereal Soul),Hun(Ethereal Soul)hyperactivity disturbing the Zhi(Will),debilitated corporeal soul,troubled thought(Yi),weak will(Zhi)and hyperactive will(Zhi),while the hyperactivity and weakness of five spirits result in various symptoms of delusional disorder,professor Teng has formed a new approach for guiding the treatment of delusional disorder from the perspective of the five spirits,thereby achieving the objective of addressing delusional disorder from a psychological perspective.关键词
