浅析《温病条辨》对栀子豉汤的继承与发挥
Inheritance and Development of Zhizi Chi Decoction in Wen Bing Tiao Bian

Abstract
Wu Jutong's discussion on disease treatment strongly advocated for"each treating its imbalance to restore harmony"and he argued as follows:"How can one establish a sect and only focus on one of the theories of Cold,Heat,Warmth,or Coolness?"Besides,his inheritance of Zhang Zhongjing's academic thought was not limited to any single prescription or method proposed in Shang Han Lun.Although there are differences between warm diseases and typhoid fever in terms of syndrome identification and treatment,both approa-ches focus on the core pathomechanism,applying the appropriate prescriptions according to the specific syndrome.Zhizi Chi Decoction is a fundamental formula in Shang Han Lun,which is used for clearing and diffusing constrained Heat in the chest and diaphragm.Wu Ju-tong,carefully adhered to Zhongjing's original formula while also applying Ye Gui's method of combining herbs according to their prop-erties and flavors,resulting in new formulas such as Sangxing Decoction,Qiaohe Decoction,Sanxiang Decoction,Lianqiao Chidou Drink,and Shangjiao Xuanbi Decoction,expanding the clinical application of Zhizi Chi Decoction to diseases such as autumn Dryness affecting the Lung,Dryness transforming into Fire,Damp-Warm typed hiccup,and Damp-Heat typed jaundice.This method of deriving new formulas based on the combination of herbal properties and flavors set a model for future physicians to innovate and apply classical pre-scriptions.关键词
