通腑保元法论治脓毒症性肠麻痹的理论框架与验证路径研究
Theoretical Framework and Verification Path of Treating Sepsis Typed Intestinal Paralysis with Tongfu Baoyuan Method

Abstract
Septic ileus is an important factor leading to multi-organ dysfunction in patients.Current clinical treatments mostly rely on passive interventions such as gastrointestinal decompression and nutritional support,which are difficult to effectively halt its pathological progression.Based on the six-meridian syndrome differentiation system in Shang Han Lun,the pathogenesis of sepsis typed intestinal paralysis is identified as"combined disease of Shaoyin and Yangming",and Tongfu Baoyuan method can be applied to treat sepsis typed intestinal paralysis.The core of the Tongfu Baoyuan theory lies in considering"Tongfu"(unblocking the bowels)as the initiating step to relieve exogenous/endogenous inflammatory load,while"Baoyuan"(preserving the vital Qi)serves to restore the host's immune homeostasis.Tongfu Baoyuan method not only provides a modern immunological annotation to the classical concept of"supporting the Zheng Qi and eliminating the Evil Factor Qi",but also offers a concrete testing pathway to examine the relationship between intervention endpoints(such as serum LPS,pro-/anti-inflammatory factors,mHLA-DR)and clinical outcomes.关键词
