宣肺通痹法在肾性水肿中的应用
Application of Lung Qi-Dispersing and Obstruction-Relieving Method in Treatment of Nephrotic Edema
摘要
Abstract
The Lung,Spleen and Kidney maintain the normal water metabolism in human body together.The Xuanfu has the function of circulating water and transporting Qi.Under pathological conditions,when the Xuanfu is obstructed,the movement of Qi,body Fluids and blood is hindered,leading easily to pathological products such as Phlegm-Dampness,Water retention and blood stasis.These path-ological products accumulate and block the Xuanfu,forming a vicious cycle and causing persistent edema.The Lung-dispersing and obstruction-relieving method can,by dispersing or ascending Lung Qi and unblocking the Xuanfu where obstructions reside,to restore overall Qi and blood circulation in the body,normalize water transport function,and thereby achieve the purpose of eliminating nephrotic edema.关键词
