基于"一气周流"理论论治小儿乳蛾
Treatment of Infantile Nippled Moth Based on"Yi Qi Zhou Liu"Theory
摘要
Abstract
The theory of"Yi Qi Zhou Liu"emphasizes the pivotal role of the Middle Qi(Zhong Qi)in the rising and descending of the body's Qi,forming a physiological pattern of"Qi ascending on the left,Qi descending on the right,Qi rotating around central pivot,and eventually Qi circulating as a whole".Infantile nippled moth is a common disease in pediatric clinical practice,and modern medicine of-ten treats it with antibiotics and surgical interventions.In traditional Chinese medicine,treatment of this disease is guided by the theory of"Yi Qi Zhou Liu",focusing on restoring the rotation of the Qi around the central pivot along with the functions of Qi ascending on the left and Qi descending on the right.This aims to enable the continuous circulation and rotation of Qi,with methods such as"strengthe-ning the central Earth to regulate orderly Qi rising and descending,dispersing Lung Qi to support the Zheng Qi and dispel the evil fac-tors,consolidating Metal and Water to enable smooth Qi circulation,and smoothing Liver Wood to allow unified Qi to flow freely",ulti-mately achieving abundant central Qi condition,efficient Qi rotational movement as well as responsive Qi axis operation.关键词
