Abstract
The theory of"mutual enhancement of Spleen and Kidney"originates from Li Zhongzi's Yi Zong Bi Du and it emphasizes the mutually nurturing relationship between the Spleen and Kidney.In clinical practice,the method of strengthening the Spleen and tonifying the Kidney is commonly used to treat various diseases.This method is also applicable to the treatment of miscarriages related to"gut mi-crobiota-immune inflammation",playing an important role in fetal nourishment and pregnancy stabilization.Gut microbiota may induce miscarriage by activating immune inflammation.Chinese medicines that strengthen the Spleen and tonify the Kidney can contribute to pregnancy stabilization by regulating gut microbiota,correcting Th1/Th2 and Th17/Treg imbalances,and inhibiting inflammation.There-fore,inclinical treatment of miscarriages related to"gut microbiota-immune inflammation",starting from Spleen and Kidney deficien-cy,methods such as strengthening the Spleen and tonifying the Kidney as well as clearing Heat and resolving blood stasis can be used to regulate the body's gut microbiota homeostasis to achieve fetal protection.关键词
