白花蛇舌草调控相关信号通路抗肿瘤的作用机制研究进展
Research Progress of Action Mechanism of Antitumor Effect of Baihuasheshecao(Oldenlandia Diffusa)by Signaling Pathway Regulating
摘要
Abstract
The mechanisms of tumorigenesis involve the activation of oncogenes,inactivation of tumor suppressor genes,and abnormalities in apoptosis-regulating genes.Baihuasheshecao(Oldenlandia diffusa)can regulate multiple signaling pathways,including mitogen-acti-vated protein kinase(MAPK),phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B(PI3K/Akt),Wnt/β-catenin,Janus kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription(JAK/STAT),and nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB).Through these pathways,it inhibits tumor cell proliferation,modulates the cell cycle,suppresses migration and invasion,reverses immune escape,inhibits epithelial-mes-enchymal transition(EMT),regulates aerobic glycolysis metabolism and mitochondrial biogenesis,thereby promoting autophagy and ap-optosis of tumor cells,reducing tumor cell drug resistance,and modulating the tumor immune microenvironment.However,existing stud-ies mainly focus on animal experiments and in vitro cell levels,and clinical evidence is still insufficient.The optimal effective dosage re-mains to be clarified.In the future,the extraction and analysis of active components should be deepened,the dose-effect relationship should be clarified,and new regulatory mechanisms such as mitochondrial stress and ferroptosis should be explored to promote the pre-cise clinical application of Baihuasheshecao(Oldenlandia diffusa).关键词
