Evaluation of earthquake emergency service response action checklist based on ANP and TOPSIS
摘要
Abstract
As guiding documents for post-earthquake emergency response,the emergency service response levels and 12-hour action lists of various units in the earthquake system directly affect the actual effect of earthquake emergency response.Therefore,it is necessary to construct an evaluation index system to evaluate it.In this paper,we select the combination of ANP and TOPSIS methods to evaluate the earthquake emergency service response action list.By establishing an evaluation index system for earthquake emergency service response action lists,ANP is used to determine the relative weights of each index,and TOPSIS is combined to evaluate the action lists of provincial earthquake agencies,providing references for the subsequent optimization and improvement of action lists.关键词
