Operation strategy of social media platforms for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in remote areas of Xizang:dilemmas and breakthroughs
摘要
Abstract
Through an in-depth analysis of the core dilemmas faced by the operation of social media platforms in remote areas of Xizang,including language barriers,uneven network coverage,low content adaptability,and insufficient user participation,this paper proposes breakthrough paths such as the construction of a multilingual content system,application of offline technologies,localized content production,online-offline integration,and policy and resource support.It aims to establish an efficient information communication mechanism for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction suitable for the actual situation in Xizang and enhance regional disaster resilience.关键词
