Abstract
Near the end of the third stage of boiler boiling-out of a waste incineration waste heat boiler,leakage was found at the elbow of the outlet connecting pipe of the roof secondary superheater.After sampling,methods such as macroscopic analysis,chemical analysis,mechanical property tests,metallographic examination,and energy spectrum analysis were used to investigate the cause of the elbow leakage.The results indicate that alkaline solution entered the superheater during the boiler boiling-out.Under the combined action of residual stress in the elbow,operational stress,and other stresses,the elbow experienced alkaline stress corrosion cracking.关键词
