Abstract
Improving the market interest mechanism,market operation mechanism,property rights mechanism,and capital incentive mechanism for the integrated development of urban and rural areas is conducive to guiding,promoting,maintaining,and incentivizing the equal exchange and two-way flow of production factors such as labor force,labor materials,labor objects,and capital between urban and rural areas.The equal exchange and two-way flow of production factors between urban and rural areas is condu-cive to promoting the balanced development of urban and rural productivity.The productivity level of urban and rural areas determines the income level of urban and rural areas,and the balanced development of ur-ban and rural productivity can promote the balance of income levels between urban and rural areas.Impro-ving the rural production and operation system,promoting the construction of new urbanization,can en-hance the level of rural productivity,narrow the urban-rural gap in productivity and interests and facilitate the common prosperity and development of urban and rural areas.Only by emancipating the mind,innova-ting theoretical understanding and institutional arrangements,can we improve the mechanism of urban-ru-ral integrated development.关键词
