驱动智慧农业发展的政策工具组态研究:基于fsQCA的实证分析
A Study on Policy Tool Configuration Driving the Development of Smart Agriculture:An Empirical Analysis Based on fsQCA

Abstract
This study employs the fsQCA method to systematically review the existing smart agricul-ture policies,exploring the pathways of policy instrument combinations that drive high-level development of smart agriculture.The findings reveal that no single policy instrument can serve as a necessary condition for high performance in smart agriculture but the provision of public services constitutes an indispensable foundation.The research identifies three effective types of policy instrument combinations,the"compre-hensive-integrated type"supporting the initiation of smart agriculture in underdeveloped regions through all-encompassing policy tools,the"supply-environment-led type"relying on public services and financial support to facilitate the smart transformation in major traditional agricultural provinces,and the"supply-demand-balanced type"synergizing supply assurance with demand stimulation to promote agricultural smartization in developed regions.Additionally,there are certain substitutive and complementary relation-ships among policy instruments.关键词
