数字社会建设过程中的三大悖论及其消解
Three Paradoxes in Digital Society Construction and Their Resolution
摘要
Abstract
Digital society construction has become a crucial component of the overall layout of building a digital China.In the process of achieving the three major goals of digital society construction,namely pro-moting the popularization of digital public services,advancing the precision of digital social governance,and popularizing the intelligence of digital life,reflexivity problems have emerged,presenting a dual orien-tation of both self-construction and self-deconstruction.Under this influence,three paradoxes have taken shape in the digital society:the decentralization-centralization paradox of power structures,the narrowing widening paradox of the digital divide,and the utilization-protection paradox of personal data.It is impera-tive to clarify the core role of government governance and explore collaborative governance models;opti-mize the allocation of digital resources to enhance social inclusivity;and employ administrative regulatory measures to safeguard fundamental social trust,thereby mitigating the negative impacts of these three paradoxes.关键词
